30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Contact us — Email us or use our contact form with your order number.
2. Pack it up — Place items in their original packaging.
3. Ship it back — We'll provide a return shipping label.
4. Get your refund — Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Gift-wrapped items can be returned, but gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
